Gauchos are not just Tostados Ruanos
Tostados means toast-coloured and Ruanos are white horses with dark patches. This is how the first Gaucho horses from the famous Overa stud appeared. The variety is richer these days. Gaucho is available in versions ranging from an unbroken spirit, like a black stallion, to almost white, like a virtuous grey. Avant-garde taste is also catered for between these extremes – striped like a zebra.
